Default bulding disc and/or disc herniation left, L3-4 which extends into the left neural for

Hi, Janet here and had MRI. I picked up films yesterday and would like to know what bulging disc and/or disc herniation left, L3-4 which extends into the left neural foramen means. I have really bad leg pain and wonder if this is the problem. Also it says Meural foramina compromise left 1, 1-2, left L2-3, left L3-4 bilatral L4-5. Please help if you can, thanks
