Does anyone know what exactly a Synthes Anterior Cervical Locking Plate and Anterior Spacer is?.

Synthes Anterior Cervical Locking Plate = titanium plate and screws used in ACDF surgery

Anterior Spacer = cages that are placed between vertebral bodies to maintain the space during the fusion process
