Hi all
I'm new to the site and have posted more fully in the introductions section. I'm having trouble sitting so I'll keepn this one short. A recent mri has shown a thoracic annular tear. The neurosurgeon hasn't given me much advice other than to leave it but I have no idea whether they can heal or resolve and whether there's anything I can do in terms of physio. I'm also not sure what I can't do - right now I'm off work, don't know when I can go back and am finding it difficult to sit, walk or stand for long let alone drive and go out. My gp's not much help and I'm feeling a bit stuck and frankly pretty depressed as I feel as if my life has just disappeared into think air. Any advice or experience would be really helpful. I'm in London, Uk, by the way... Best wishes Sue |
