Anyone who can relate to this or has had this procedure done? I am having my facet nerve block tomorrow morning and I am very nervous.

Try facet or steroid injection for a start. Don't worry. It's a very common procedure, and a little bit of discomfort is about all you should experience. I've had seven over the last few years, with the last one having seven actual injections, and it worked a treat. You will feel a scratch and a sting as the local is administered, and then a slightly uncomfortable feeling as the steroid is injected. If you like, take a pain killer an hour or so before.
