Default I need a professional, and/or experienced opinion on severe post cervical fusion

I fell, about 35 feet, and bounced another 25, or so, down a cliff that broke off, while I was at work. This was 7 years ago, and in those 7 years, I have tried everything know. I have a double fusion, in my c3-4, and c4-5. and iit has caused adjacent disc disease above, and below. My L3-S have been hurt, and some fractures, at first, but it is degenerating very fast. My MRI shows stenosis, bilateral foraminal stenosis, in more than one place, degenerative disc disease, herniations, and many more issues. I had 3 years, that I was not under a doctor' s care at all, but in the last year, it has become so severe, it consumes me, and I need to know how to get real help. The doctor I see is in Ky, so he can not treat me as freely as he should be able to, because of the people who abuse the meds around here, and I have literally had 50+ injections, in my cervical, and lumbar spine. My doctors agrees that it is severe, my MRIs show it is getting worse quick, and I fear surgery. I won a lawsuit, so money for treatment is not an issue, maybe for travel, but not medical care. I just need help. Does anyone have any experience in a situation like this, if so, please talk to me.

Well I have the same problem Kinda, mine seems to get worse with storms, I think you probably have developed (as well as me) Osteoarthritis, here the druggies have totally ruined everything I don't care what those idiots do, FIGHT FIGHT get pain meds I have an MRI in the Morning actually im afraid because im fused I have no idea the answer but make them control your pain my pain gets so bad my blood pressure goes through the ROOF it cannot be good to practically stroke out because of pain. but soon as as my pain is brought under control PERFECT BLOOD PRESSURE... just keep at them or find someone who will listen and care and usually you only find those by word of mouth maybe post your area and someone can recommend someone to you this forum is great for that
