Default Esi q

Hello! I just got my first ESI at c5-6 this morning, it's almost midnight, and i can't sit comfortably, and my neck hurts bad. I can barely move it, and it hurts bad to turn it especially when i look down. Is this normal?

I am a bit worried as throughout the procedure i think they had a hard time finding the space to inject the steroid into. Could they have hit something?

I've tried ice, and ibphn., and muscle relaxers. still hurt, and the pain med my doc gave me broke me out in hives--ultram.
