Chat XLIF l4-5

XLIF L4-L5 Lumbar interbody fusion with plate instrumentation, Trans 1 fusion L5-S1 with instrumentation (facet screws), possible pedicle screws L4-L5-S1.

T Minus 6 days and counting till this happens
