Default NS appointment today

I saw my NS today for my 6 week post op (2 level ACDF, donor bone) and I am fusing already.. WOW!
He said I should be fused by 6 months...
I am going to hang around here or BT1(if it returns) and hopefully offer support and help for other cervies..I know alot of the successful ones leave, so I would love to stay.

Congradulations on the good news! Do you still have restrictions, and are they having you do PT? We can only hope for good reports like that!

Default Restrictions

Carolyn,
I have a 20 lb weight limit(less when reaching above my head). I can start to play golf, only chip and putt til 3 months then can swing away.. I opted not to have PT, I am doing stretches on my own..
