Default A Project

Try a project doing something you enjoy! Visit a friend and go out for lunch. Do something kind to yourself like go shopping buy you something nice for yourself. You probably are missing people and your job. When I first had to apply for Disability I was like that for a long time just being home by myself and missing my friends and keeping busy. Now I've adjusted better but still miss work like crazy.

If this is a temporary depression just little things like above could help but if it goes deeper than that you may need to seek a counselor or someone to talk to to determine if the depression is mild or moderate.

Take Care and hope you feel better soon.
