Has anyone tried the Sacro Wedgy? It's a piece of plastic ( $ 29.95 ) that's curved to fit your sacrum. You lie on it each day for about 20 min. balancing your lower trunk on the device. I found it to be very painful. It was supposed to align your spinal column and balance the tension forces of the core muscles and tendons. I couldn't take the punishment anymore so I gave up. However, for whatever strange reason I can hear better and my wallet is lighter.
