I am taking 6mgs of Zelnorm three times a day....I try to take it about an hour before I eat something.....I take the Miralax two times a day...In the morning with coffee and then in the evening in coffee....If I do not use the Miralax with the Zelnorm I do not think it would work for me...I sometimes use the Miralax three times a day.... |
