anyone know what this means____ there is dehydration,anterior bulge &central subligamentous posterior herniation of the L4/5 intervertebral disc impinging upon the thecal sac causing moderate stenosis of the spinal canal. there is mild stenosis of the bilateral L4/5 neural foramina.

2. there is deydration & posterior bulge of the L5/s1 intervertebral disc with a superimposed small right paracentral posterior herniation impinging upon the spinal canal.
any info would be a great help. thank you A
