Default Ok - where's my tiny little mind

gone now! I thoght I posted a response yesterday - but its gone! Thanks for good wishes everyone....

Bobbi - I got a new bed several years back - supposed to be very good mattress - but finding position of least pain is sitting inclined up (but not straight) on the couch - which of course is not practical for anything! I havent tried aquatics - but dont really have anywhere to do it right now - cant really get in and out of pool unassisted cause of the neuropathy
BUT I am seeing my neuro speciafically about this pain next week and really let him know I need help - both with maybe a non-opiate med, etc..... so that I can at least endure the PT to strengten those muscles some..

LJ - going to ask him about Lyrica - my back doc suggested it...

and GJZH - thanks for all the links - I'm printing them out now so I may become more informed on this new area!!!!!!
