Rode again today and stayed on my diet plan. WOW, I am having fun! LOL
Dianne, I never thought of a recumbant bike. That would have been much better. OK, next time I will get one or maybe get one later. Gee, I am so dumb ! Due to an oversized rear I NEED a wider and bigger seat on my bike. will change that soon. Thanks Linda, I am going to try real hard to take it slow so as to not make my sacro and knees worse. Right now knees are just a little sore.....sooooo easy I go. Kathi, You are also smart to get the recumbant bike. I could use water therapy too stretch my old muscles, but it is expensive so can't do it now. Hope later if the biking is too hard on me, maybe I can get back to the pool. Thanks Yall, Gaye |
