Does anyone know any good spine surgeons that are experienced in endoscopic procedures? I have seen Dr Yeung, Dr Liu and Dr. Jho on the internet. They all sound like they are leaders in this emerging field.

You may do just as well with a surgeon who is experienced with using a microscope as with an endoscope. It is also a minimally invasive technique, and will likely find more choices of surgeons that way. I personally had a microdiscectomy several years ago, and recovered quite nicely. If you're in Colorado, I could mail you names of surgeons near me that are well versed in minimally invasive spinal surgery techniques, including endoscopic surgery.
There's a nice article that discusses endoscopic techniques on spine universe (see http://www.spineuniverse.com/display...rticle240.html). kay Last edited by supernova_krose; 05-20-2009 at 09:36 AM. |
