![]() 10/19/2006 METRO IMAGING LUMBAR 602-336-8600: 1. L1-L2 small endplate osteophytes L1-L2-L3 disc spaces are unremarkable., 2. At L3-L4 There is a mild disc bulge and facet hypertrophy, with slight FLATTENING in the ventral thecal sac facet hypertrophy contributes to very mild bilateral neural foraminal stenosis., 2.5 L3-L4 Disc bulge and facet hypertrophy, with very mild biforaminal narrowing related to facet hypertrophy., 3. L4-L5 There is a diffusely bulging disc, slighty greater torward the left, FLATTENING the ventral surface of the thecal sac, without spinal canal stenosis. Facet hypertrophy contributes to mild biforaminal narrowing, with desiccation., 3.5 L4-L5 Disc bulge and facet hypertrophy with flattening of the ventral thecal sac and mild biforaminal narrowing., 4. L5-S1 Disc with Modic type 2 degernerative endplate changes. Type I changes convert to Type II changes with time, while Type II changes seem to remain stable., 4.1 L5-S1 There is posterior osteophytic ridging and diffusely bulging disc, slightly greater toward the left, effacing the ventral epidural fat. This contacts minimally posteriorly displaces the left S1 NERVE ROOT SLEEVE., 4.2 L5-S1 Facet hypertrophy contributes to moderate left neural foraminal narrowing and mild right neural foraminal narrowing. L4-L5-S-1 Disc Desiccation at these levels., Can someone give me some idea Please., |
