I have anxiety issues and was fine for a while untill recently. I had a migrane headache a few weeks ago and was really freaked out about it because i never felt the "aura" feelings before. Then nothing felt wierd for till 2 days ago. I started feeling i tingling feeling in my right cheek and my right foot. However i'm not sure if it's something serious or stress related. My concern is are stokes always painful? because i feel no pain with these symptoms.

Sorry Andrew, but I hadn't realized that you'd posted your question on two forums, and I answered you in the other.
Here's a direct link that'll take you there: http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/post584760-2.html I hope you get the answers that you need, and that your symptoms pass soon.
