Default Fencer dodges a bullet

What a fun day Monday. I called my neurologist because my right hand was practically useless typing. The last three fingers just seem to be along for the ride. I couldn’t walk down a hall without weaving and bumping into things, if I didn’t lean down just right I overbalanced and fell over. Fun stuff.

So into the MRI tube for a while. When I am going to make my millions I am going to invent a quiet MRI machine. It kills me when you see them on a medical show or movie and they just make a little thump thump sound.

First MRI done and no sign of a fresh bleed. But now we find an issue in the spine so back to the MRI. I told the techs that I enjoyed the first one so much that I had to come back for more.

The Dr. has to look at my last MRI side by side with yesterday to see if there was more pontine area damage. Talk about brain dead. You can see where the stroke affected certain parts of the brain.

My Dr knows my sense of humor and wrote “Don’t fall down” on the discharge papers. He does want me to talk to my neurosurgeon though.
