Arrow Exercise

Hi,
My stroke was a while ago, but when I exercise the tips of the fingers on my LT hand still tingle. I also shake if I happen to exercise too hard.
From what I've been told by my doc, (I trust what she says.) I keep at it. Sometimes I feel lightheaded so I slow down.
We all react differently, as I'm sure you're aware; if you have continued concerns maybe a 2nd opinion would help.
