Today is the 6th anniversary of the day my daughter Pam died. She is closer to me now than at any time since her death. I love you honey.

Anniversary dates are so hard, I guess because the memories are so strong. You were selfless Barbo when it came to putting your own life on hold to care for Pam.

And you're right...she is "oh so much closer" than we think. I love you.

In a placed called "Ogden"

where Pam's spirit soars

her loved ones still miss her so

never waivered did they ever

how much of she, they truly all adore...

the core of her being, an artist she was

carefree, foot-loose, and fancy free

even when her body was encased

in a monster called MS that stinged

so 6 years to the day that she's passed

she still lively breathes

in the hearts of those that love her

where wonderful memories will never cease...
