I'm hanging in there. I had a hard day here today. They hit one of my triggers,and I thought that I was going to have a panic attack. BF

Hi Steve!

You have AMAZING strength!! I don't know that I could have made the decision to go to the hospital. WOW.

I'm sorry that they hit on a trigger but so GLAD that you are in a safe place and are getting help. Remember one step at a time...take the time you need to feel better.

Thank you all. It is difficult to face these mental health issues continually. I'm here for a few more days.

I'm a little concerned about going home. There will be bills,and I'll be alone again. I feel fear,and It might take months for it to subside.

My family have changed their minds about charging me rent.

I'm glad that you all are here. I hope to survive these feelings. BF
