hahahaha LOL Addy !!! you always change my mood from blue to... hum... pink ? You make me smile everytime !

I had a pretty bad day yesterday... Today I still feel butterflies in my stomach and feel sorry for me thinking my world would be ruined if they rejected my project... but, hopefully today will be a little better than yesterday... less crappy...

Well, I am NOT always successful at conquering them... those darn intrusive thoughts!

Ya, I stay away from caffeine in the afternoons - really makes me hyper!

hope today is a good one for ya!

HI Blue thinking of you and your butterflies, I've had my fair share of them, and they still turn up!

One very real experience with butterflys(just to help you smile)
I was out many years ago, riding my gorgeous horse(the one I'm riding in my profile), we were walking along the Blackwood river, and there were heaps of butterflies in the trees and grass, as we walked along we disturbed some. In a few minutes the horse was covered in butterflies, they sat there for a few minutes then flew off, it truly was an amazing experience, so beautiful and amazing.

Hope yours stay under control!!
take care
Kate

Yep Blue, there's no doubt about it horses get rid of butterflies!!! A good gallop can get rid of alot of things, the feeling of freedom being on the back of a galloping horse is amazing.
Hope you are ok today
take care
Kate
