GOOD NEWS!!!

All of my efforts yesterday have paid off!!

I contacted so many State Officials via email that someone got the ball rolling.

By 11:30am, I have received FULL benefits!

Thank you all for everything!!!!

Much stress relieved....

I'm so glad for you. It was a fight wasn't it. They didn't answer phones up here for a while. My congressman got them going also. I'm so glad for you. It's a relief isn't it. It was a long fight,but you made it through it. BF

I'm sorry if I confused anyone here or mislead by what I was saying...

The benefits that I received were for Food Stamps... I'm still waiting to hear from SSDI/SSI. Last I heard it would be another 6 to 8 MONTHS...

My lawyer was faxing all information to them for the 4th time. I do know for certain that this happened as I was in the lawyer's office when SSDI called there about my case.

It's sad... we have sent information over and over... they seem to NEVER have received it. They didn't even have on record that I have a lawyer!!! HE WAS AT THE HEARING WITH ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We sumbitted copies of everything to the court at that time also.... It's no wonder why people give up or even commit suicide while waiting.

Again... I'm sorry if my words mislead anyone.... I am very grateful to have received the FOOD STAMP benefits and I do NOT take them for granted.

Its very obvious you don't take the food stamps for granted.

Yes, we live in a very backward state!!!

I've always known we are way behind the times on trends...but we are WAY behind on so much more!!!!

I think I may try sending smoke signals next time... I have a feeling I would get an answer about things sooner....
