Favorite foods? Hmmmm....

This is gonna sound weird but I don't really have any. If I was asked to pick anything in the world to have for dinner, I wouldn't be able to choose. I know, I'm strange huh?

I do like sweet things though, cookies and candy and stuff like that, but no actual meal food.

L1, I rarely cook anymore, but at one time I was a pretty darn good cook--could even caramelize sugar in a cast iron skillet to make caramel pie! If I send you some recipes, would you be willing to try your hand at cooking and then sharing some cookies, candies, or pastries? Thinking of you and praying that you stay here with us, especially at this difficult time of year.

hugs,
reyn

I'm leaving soon to pick up my parents from the airport.

They are only staying one night and they'll be bringing some empty luggage so they can take back my gifts for Christmas. (I'll be flying their way with my kids for a week at Christmas.)

This afternoon we see my daughter in her school musical, The Sound of Music. I saw the performance earlier in the week and it was wonderful!

I wonder where we should go for dinner?

Tomorrow my daughter dances in two performances at the Univ. and then I'll be driving my parents directly back to the airport.

I know these next 2 days will fly by!

LOL, I'm not much of a cook, but I guess I could give it a shot. It'll have to wait 'til the next time I get groceries though...

It all sounds wonderful Scrabble....enjoy the time with them. I wish I could see Claire in the musical.
