Ah my dear friend...

I'm sorry that you had to learn one of life's cruel lessons while you were in London ... I'm the kind of person who would like to protect and shelter however I realize that it will only make you a better person for what you have experienced... be it good or bad.

My hope is that you don't beat yourself up with the "should have" ... or "could have" thoughts.... I do that alot... and so now I wear a rubber band (elastic band) on my wrist.... and I snap it (which really hurts!!!) whenever I find myself beating myself up for things I cannot change.
