Im not good... I cant think, I cant focus, I cant study and my life in general is a mess... I screwed up everything at the lab today... Put the finger in my cells, broke every piece of glass I touched... I cant concentrate...

I'm sorry I've only just seen this Blue, but because of my accident I haven't been on the computer much lately.

I was hoping by the time I read to the end, that you'd be saying you were feeling better but sadly, I see that isn't so.

Prevention is everything. Be aware of the traits and make the changes.

Problems can be overcome. I overcame some less than ideal traits that ran in our familys history. My sibling has embraced those less than ideal traits, hit rock botom, and continious to dig deeper.
