Colleen... I just read your post that Chemar linked for us (thanks Chemar!)

I recently lost my job, too.... because I "wasn't the person they had originally interviewed"..... my Mom had died...

I have a lot of anger about that ... I want to reach out to the media, write nasty letters, tell everyone I know..... BUT I DON'T... because I know that it will bring up more anger.... and anger is so unhealthy....

I believe in Karma... I believe that in being true to me, I will survive this, too.... and so far, I am....

I wrote a welcome to you in another post...
