Hi and welcome to NeuroTalk. I'm so sorry about your wife and I assume that you found her...thus the PTS? Our only son killed himself 20 years ago and I didn't talk about it for the first 8. That's not the way to grieve, we don't ever "get over it" but it does get better eventually.

There was no support group for survivors in our town when Michael put that gun in his mouth. Have you attended such a group? The support they can offer is invaluable because they understand exactly what you are feeling without you having to say anything.

Trust me, you will want to talk about it because survivors "get it".
