Default Sleep study

I had my sleep study last night. Of course, it wasn't typical for me at all.

I didn't snort, snore, grind my teeth, whimper, moan, groan or nothing. What I did do was wake up about 3 am and never go back to sleep, I thought. She said I did. She said I never went into a full deep sleep and that I tossed and turned and moved my legs a lot.

But no gasping for breath, no stopping of breathing, no snorting or snoring or moaning as I've been told I do.

Big sigh. I don't see the doctor for the results for a couple weeks.
