A cookie skillet? now what the heck is that? ok... looked it up on google... my gosh, looks like a giant cookie/pizza maker thingie!

And here I just bought two cookie sheets... lol... am I behind the times or what?!!

A cookie skillet....on a small cast iron skillet (frijita size) you bake three choc chip cookies...when baked take out of oven, top with three scoops ice cream, drizzle with choc syrup and top with whipped cream!

be careful....the skillet is hot!

Thankyou all so much! I've had a wonderful birthday. Had my cookie skillet - yum! What a diet blaster but worth every bite! One of the waitresses even told me I didn't look my age and my vanity kicked in and I loved it! Thank you Alfee for the special lunch and the good company.
