I wonder about the orthopedic surgeon I saw today who made me smile when he realized I was Booboo's momma (Booboo works in orthopedics), and then made me cringe inside when he said he was 99% certain that I have torn one or both of the menisci in my knee and 99% certain the MRI he ordered will show that the next time he meets me will be in surgery for an arthroscopy to fix it/them. *sigh

I wonder that I'm 99% certain that I hope he's wrong and 99% P.O.'d that he didn't even send me home with anything for the pain since popping ibuprofen all day long doesn't touch it.

My damned knee hurts so bad now it's difficult to walk and gets worse with each day and the MRI isn't until next Tuesday.

Oh, ouch!! I wonder how long it will take to get Doody's knee MRI READ??? Nothing can be done about that MRI until it's read and the results are known.
My knee MRI done a few weeks ago took TWO WEEKS to get read (my brain MRIs get read in 10 minutes --- it's so much smaller ) My knee was fine - just plain old arthr,,,,,, I wonder how to spell that.
I wonder if we all can hope and pray Doody's knee is OK and the pain stops NOW.

I wonder if you all understand that my memory is bad and I have a terrible time trying to do things like this.

I wonder if my daughter is safely in Sioux City by now. She'd better call me.

I wonder that I'm anxious to get that MRI on Tuesday and have the torn meniscus confirmed or not and get on with the darned surgery and get rid of this pain.

I wonder about my great massage therapist who laid hands on my knees yesterday and confirmed my right knee is really messed up. But also confirmed my left knee is really mad. Left knee had a torn meniscus and surgery also in 1987.

I wonder at how lethargic I am this morning. Feel swollen everywhere and still very very tired.

I wonder if I forgot to say that another sleep study has been ordered for me and I'm supposed to do it this coming Thursday night....unless of course, I happen to be going tosurgery for my knee that day.

I wonder at how hard I laughed when my daughter told me what one of Ross' friends did with one of those pictures. He gave it a caption that read... "When asked how the Packers would do next season, Daddy and Bubba were at a loss for words."

I wonder if my MRI tomorrow will or will not show a meniscus tear. Daughter booboo who works in orthopedics said my ortho doc sees knees every day and is very good at diagnosing and fixin up.

I also wonder how long it will take for my doctor to get back to me with the results. If it does call for an arthroscopy, I'm going to tell them, FIRST AVAILABLE appointment please! And get this crap over with!
