You rang? 💜 Don't know what this thread is about, but thought I'd stop by. Miss you too Alffe, and so many others, that I hope are leading suicide-free days and found help and realized that pain is not always permanent and there is help and ways to manage. Like I did, thanks to so many wonderful humans here. I'm honored to pay it forward now...

To those that are lurking, it gets better. I promise. Never surrender. This too shall pass. One second at a time. Whatever it takes. Keep on keeping on.

These words helped me persevere.
