My little one in accident...worried to pieces..

Unhappy My little one in accident...worried to pieces..
My daughter Krista...24...was driving with friends home from Portland, Oregon and got in and accident on the interstate by the Dalles...she called so frantic! Ice...her car had spun around and hit the guard rail and was heading the wrong direction. Car was okay...she, I guess bumped her head and neck was hurting...wouldn't go to doc. They stayed the night there and left this morning to complete the drive home. They are driving into a snow storm when they hit Utah....praying all is well. Her bf is driving for her which is good.

I have never felt so helpless in my life when she called and hung up and didn't call back for 45 minutes....! She called back crying and upset...scared the daylights out of her...all the what if's....so hard having her eight hours away and can't hold her...

Prayers....going out to her....concerned about her physical condition...hopefully will arrive soon....her cell is dead so can't even call her...

Thank you so much!!! She called a few minutes ago...still in Oregon but all is well. Still worried about her head...so good to hear her voice!!

Yes, we are having a bit of weather here in Utah..."Worlds Greatest Snow", you know!! We had a blizzard Tuesday and now having a huge amount of powder...Olhipie loves the pow pow!!

Thinking of all of you Tami... Hoping your daughter's injuries heal up soon.. and she gets home to you.

I know how bad is shakes you when you wreck a car. I'm sure it doesn't do much good on the mom end either.

I bet Olhipie is biting at the core to get out and do some skiing with all that new powder!!! I know I can't wait to see some new pictures!!!

Thank you Abbie! I think she is in for a long night...road conditions are bad for most of southern Idaho...they may have to four wheel it all the way at a slow pace.

And yes Olhipie is chopping at the bit to get out in the powder. I came in from sweeping it off the wheel-chair ramp and scooped up a handful of powder and blew it at him when I came in...huge smile!!!

They just sent a text...they are about three hours south of Boise...traveling very slowly...they said....I have heard that the interstate south of the Utah border is closed until tomorrow because of snow and wind...the ride that never ended!!
