Awww, thanks. It's difficult typing out words because my brain is in slow mo after the anesthetic, lol.

I'm going to lay down and nap, having a hard time staying awake. I'm not looking forward to when the local anesthetic wears off on my knee.

And yeah. Tomorrow I have to start some fairly simple exercises with my leg.

Amazing what they can do these days with surgeries.

When you talked about the surgeon ooooooooooooo scraping tendons and oooooooooooo bones my TEETH hurt. I needed pain meds.

reading about your ice storm weather reminds me of the wind storms we had this past winter - it was/is horribly devestating for the trees... we have never experienced anything like it - hurricane force winds...

In spite of the winds, amazingly, the Blue Heron Nests stayed intact!



and while I am in the sharing mood, this is our sky last night at sunset (about 6 p.m.)

Nice to see you posting Addy and to show us a crocus..sure sign that spring is on the way. We had thunder here last night...still lots of snow on the ground.

HI and thanks all.

I had a terrible headache all day yesterday and last night. Used 2 Imitrex sprays and it didn't work. Still have a headache today. And yes, today my knee is telling me it's been invaded.

I finally just took some pain pills (Tylenol 3, geesh) and hope they help. I'm going to lay back down but thought you'd get a kick out of my lovely white stocking and giganticus knee bandage.

The tight sox are to keep swelling down and blood clots at bay. Have to leave the darned thing on until I see surgeon on the 6th. And supposed to wear one on my other leg for 3 days.

That bandage is AWFUL and you have to leave it on until next Tuesday? Lots of sponge bathing, huh? Well, who cares, if you don't have too much pain?
