Big shock today.............i attened my interview for my specificly chosen new role...............to find out it is now a protected role and no longer a vaccancy............................


I had to sit there with prepared answers to that specific rloe........and answere in a theoretical way to all encompasing other roles.......

I just dont know how to convey how distraaught, dispondent or dismayed i am..............but tomorrow Sxxx will hit the fan..............................:mad::mad::mad::m ad::mad:

no one even pre-empted the interview with what was managerial knowledge which i class as shameful beyond belief..........................:mad:

Was it a one on one interview? How can they just change the rules????
