My friend is baking me a cake and my mom ordered an ice cream cake, so there is LOTS of cake to go around! Come have a piece with me!

My name is Sarah and I am 25 years old. I have a lot of chronic health problems. Peripheral neuropathy and POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome) keep me bedridden the majority of the time. I also struggle with degenerative disc disease, disc desiccation, spondylolisthesis, arthritis, polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) with insulin resistance, allergies, sound sensitivities, and other health problems.

I had a WONDERFUL birthday week. I had plans for 4 days!

Friday was by far my favorite day... my best friend came to town with her 1 month old son, Zander... I got to hold him for 6 of the 9 hours they were here. So so so sweet!
