Help Sigh
So, so sad. Seems like nomatter what I do, no matter what meds, therapy etc the darkness persists. I have tried to just "lurk" but that does seem to help. I have tried working more, working less, it seems not to matter as far as my pain. Actually I am "safer" at work as it keeps me safe from me, I am getteing vacation this week and it scares me spitless. Yes I have a safety contract but not sure my safety net is up to helping me as he too is balancing on the knife edge also.

Keep strong, Pooh. Sounds so terrible for you. Sending strength your way.
I don't know of your personal situation. Do you have someone there you can talk to? Someone you live with or love or are friends with? Is there anyone you can talk to who can come over and be with you if you need them?

Hi Pooh

I wonder if making a schedule of your time this week will help? You know, give yourself the structure that work does. For me, when I have an episode of the depression, my hubby will structure time for me until I am able again. I would never agree in principle that 'just get busy' is the answer, but some busyness does help pass the awful times.
