I wondered after I posted if I should have clarified the Tdoc & Pdoc....
(I forget when I'm not posting over on the Bipolar forum that others may not know the acronyms that are commonly used there)

• Tdoc -- is a therapist or counselor
• Pdoc -- is Psychiatrist or sometimes a Nurse Practioner (one who can prescribe medications)

Sorry for the confusion....
