Funny, it doesn't SEEM so far back....LOL. I still remember "Herman's" name: Peter Blair Dennis Bernard Noone. Now, why in the world can I remember something as lame as that.....and the license plate number of a boyfriend back in "the day" and I can't remember a whole lot about yesterday??? As my son would've said a few years ago, "Whatever"...LOL

I'd be in trouble if i couldn't have potatoes.... I am totally addicted to potatoes..... i know, sounds weird but i could seriously live on them LOLOL ANYWAY didn't get to go to Scotts Jazz concert last night. i all of the sudden started running a 101 temp. Went to the dr today and have yet another sinus infection and ear infection.... NOT good timing as tonight is our Choir Christmas concert..... I'm going..... i may have to mouth the words but i'm going to be up on that stage LOLOL

I'm on Sugar Busters diet - have lost two sizes since 9-11 so it works. No potatoes, rice, noodles, white bread or anything made with flour. I can have lean meat, fish, shrimp and lots of fruit and vegetables. Can eat 3-6 times a day but nothing aftter 8 PM. If I get hungry after 8 I eat sugar-free popsicles before I go to bed. It obviously works but soon I will feel that I can cheat a little bit like I did at Thanksgiving. Still have one size to go and I think this will be the hardest one. Oh, I can have sweet potatoes!!
