shingles lasted about 3 weeks or so i guess but i still have phn after 6 months which flares up but i look mostly normal

It's a flavored drink, comes in a little plastic bottle and it's supposed to boost your immune system. In the grocery store it's near the yogurt and has to be refridgerated.
