I'm a little ticked off, only a little...
Haven't left the house in over a week. Didn't need anything and didn't feel like dealing with the traffic and crowds and getting down the slippery driveway and across all the water in the gutter to get to my car which is totally covered in sticks and leaves and flying fox and bird excrement. Yuck. It just rains rains rains here. This morning there was a little blue sky and my vertigo is good today and I needed to do a couple of things, so I got all dressed up and even put a little mascara and some jewellery. Too hot and humid to wear much in this weather lately but anyway, I got everything ready keys in hand and... down it comes. So I am all dressed up now with no where to go. I do look better than usual though, that's a PLUS. Just need to wait for a quiet in the squalls and I'll try again. Edited not long after posting that. Lull in the rain, gotta go. Made it to where I needed to go and back! I'm not ticked off anymore.
Didn't slip on the driveway. Didn't fall in the puddles. Didn't crack my head again. Didn't have a panic attack at the red lights. All is good. lol eeeek Any wonder I am an "isolationist"!!! |

Orphaned baby bats, how cute are they? I think I'll pass on one as a pet, however.
It ticks me off that something is really off about me. Gotta be this new medication for the hypothyroid, I dunno. Tossing, turning, and constantly retracted body from chills. Think I may call my doc and say WTH? Granddoody is home today, throwing up. Thankfully his momma stayed home with him. I told her...I just don't think I want to risk being with him the way I've been feeling. She agreed. Why do I feel guilty for not taking care of him? Typical, I'm just that way.
