Default Checking In

Thanks to all who asked about or safety. the tornado hit about 5 or so miles from us. I was at work when it all went down. Getting over 100 elderly people off second and third floors with no electricity is no easy task Rebecca was here at the house by herself and our cell phone and electric and internet went out while we were talking. She was scared to say the least.

Sending hugs and prayers out to all my friends here.... I'm not doing well right now. Still digging crap out of my past and its so painful.... so very very painful.... sigh.......
