i know there are many places in the US right now that are baking in this heat. Here in Oklahoma we are so very dry and have many wildfires close to where i live. a friend of ours lost their house last night.
I guess my reason for posting is to ask people to pray for a break from this heat. Not only here but everywhere. we hit 113 today. That is hot by anybody's standards. {{{HUGS}}}}

Well Goofy...I may never complain again! We've broken all records here for the number of days over 90 degrees we have had in July. But we have had rain recently...including this morning...Cassie came in soaking wet and happy as a lark.

We got some very much needed rain yesterday we are still in a really bad drought situation but the rain put out all the hot spots that have been smoldering and reigniting since Friday...
