Thumbs up Meditation and Focus

The world is filled with folks fallen from rockers, for they have all paused to contemplate the more difficult matters of life or just the moment experienced, though pleasant, in a meditative state. I learned through counselling the meditative approach when my life had to deviate from Type A behavior..... reaching instead for a place within where peace existed, from there reaching as I do in prayer.

All of this ultimately led to the realization which dawned...... no human is without the ability to acknowledge Blessings although many will have belief the Blessing point of origin might be different.

Bearing this in mind, I pushed forward into the world with a different approach, abandoning the "Hi howareya monotone which rsonates on sidewalks the world over. Instead, I great all with "I am Blessed, thanks, how are you?"

Every person greeted thus has been willing to STOP, turn, and speak in appreciation there is something different being intoned.

Blessings,

Well, I am definitely off my rocker but hadn't considered that it could be temporary. Not sure that I meditate...tho I definitely contemplate..life, "stuff"....trying to get my ducks in a row and forgive transgressions..mostly ones I have committed. Once you get "up" off the floor..you really need to have somewhere to go....for me it's usually down on my knees.
