I think it's time to erase mental health stigma. I think it's time to fight for a better life for ourselves. If i can, you can too. Time for me to get some work done and make a call to see my doctor for a medication re-evaluation, rather than putting it off another day.

There is hope. I forgot last night because this world makes it so easy to feel hopeless.... Thanks to the creator of this video for reminding me who I am and to not give up.
