Okay,i've been more of a lurker due to being tired after work lately..but,today I didn't work a straight,so I'm a little lucid.

DUMB? Oh no you're not. She's your daughter. In my best friend's case, her family advised her AGAINST trying to get custody and to let her granddaughter go into foster care!

now if i get cps involved, they will take him. what they told me was that it means i am not able to care for him. byt taking him for as long as we have...we assumed all financial responsiblity. that includes paying for any custody battles. it is considered a civil matter.

we have no money. nadda..nothing.

what i was told by cps yesterday was if she screws up after taking him...them we have a chance to get him..and cps doing our battle for us. what expense? grandmonkeys mental or physical health?

*Sigh. Social services, what are you gonna do. Sometimes they're good, often times they're not.

If she screws up again, run (don't walk) to cps, and fight for him. If she's bad, that will be the expense to grandmonkey's mental and physical health.

Another big sigh. Oh how I wish I was as wealthy as, oh I don't know...Bill Gates? I'd have all my friends where they wanted to be including you.
