and everything happens for a reason...

....and I know there isn't a saying we don't all know but I wanted to say:
It takes a TON of COURAGE and STRENGTH to go through what you're experiencing!
A lot of us know that cuz we've lived it in one way or another. We're here to support you! So, we chant, over and over:

"I WILL survive!"

I think that what makes this so difficult for anyone is the fact that you don't know what is going to happen next. You've never walked this path before and it scares you. It makes you mad because you feel you've lost control.

I learned to keep pulling on that inner strength that keeps reminding me, I've made it through and over many experiences in my life. I've learned to trust myself and my decisions.
I haven't gotten "over" all of my experiences but I've survived. That's why I'm here.

That's why you are here.

we get the keys and do a walk thru on july 13th.

last weekend we had a big estate/moving sale. so we really won't have much to move. pretty much just the bedroom stuff and some book shelves. lots of boxes.

pool table sold first thing. what a sight watching them move it down stairs.

we will move as much as we can in the cars friday and get a truck on saturday.

now...just a few more days of no cooking. lots of salads and sadnwiches. we sold the oven, cooktop and microwave. they were mother's day gifts a few years ago. i will give ya some advice...don't try and make oatmeal in a crock pot.

boy i wish there was something else i could say, besides thank you.y'all have kept me gong at my darkest moments.

Curious! That is super news. I'm so sorry that you've lost some of your special presents and treasures. I sure know what that's like, but I have to tell you that those items are not as important as it is for you all to be settled again. There was a time in my life when I owned just about everything I needed but it didn't make for happiness. Some of the best times have been since I was forced to downsize. The weird thing is that I actually prefer to live without a lot of things now. I'm much happier. This is one of those new beginnings and I'm so happy to read your post this morning.
