No rain in my area... yet. It'll happen eventually. Hopefully.

I used way too much water yesterday. I needed to catch up on some washing of large items and it was sunny and windy day yesterday so I could get it all dry in the sun. I feel really guilty now, but it had to be done. I guess I'll just restrict myself for the next few weeks and try to save it back that way.

I tried to post earlier but the internet connection cut out. I guess someone was trying to phone in. I was just going to say that I did in fact throw out the rest of the cake yesterday, I'm so sorry. There was enough for a couple of people too. It'd been sitting there looking pretty sad for a couple of days. Even the strawberries looked a little wilted.

I only have one little ittsy bittsy green lime too, so I can't make a pie, but when I do I'll scan you all a piece. ;) I got the lime to add in to a thai curry I had thought of making but I forgot to make it in the end. Basically, I guess I became lazy!
