Default It's hard to say goodbye

I already miss our grandaughters and only returned them a couple of hrs. ago.
It's funny how you miss them more when you've been with them recently.

Their mom showed up in Kokomo with her sister to suprise me....it was wonderful to be able to put my arms around her today....on this anniversary of her Matthews' death. Matthew was 8 years old when he had a simple adnoidectomy and was overdosed with codine.

All things being relative...it's hard to say goodbye.

it is alffe.

our mommy hearts never forget that day. so hard for others to fully understand the loss of a child. for me..it is a double edged sword. it is a celebration time for the birthday of lil'monkey, the anniversary of the death of her sister and few days later the death of her brother.

mcihael and mathew have each other.

much love to you this day my friend.

Oh ((Alffe)) I'll never forget either. That was all so awful and so preventable. I'm glad you got to see your daughters and hug them.

And boy howdy, I understand what you are saying, howsumeber....you don't get to see your grandchildren on a weekly basis like I do!!!! I spend one night there, leave the next day, and by the time I get home (20 miles away) I'm depressed because I miss my daughter and granddoody so much. I'd go NUTS if they lived any farther away!

Well, you have Mr. Alffe to bug when they have to leave. Make him take you out to dinner and a good movie tonight.

And hugs for Monkey Doody.

Heart

I couldn't go 3 days without my father hounding me "Don't you have to go shopping or something?"

He couldn't stand to be away from him. God forbid I mention my kid coming down with the sniffles. He'd put his foot down, and say "I'm coming over to pick him up and spend the night with me."

My neice had a baby. My BIL is like my dad. Lives way across town, but shows up almost daily saying he's just in the neighborhood doing some shopping.

I guess I should give up the notion that Dan will come home and say the very hard good-bye as well...

Good-bye, dearest Dan. You have been a sweet cat that has brightened my days and annoyed me on my work days...LOL

through it all...I will miss you, sweet kittie...wherever you may be...I hope you are having lots of food, fun, and loved...

never wanted nothing more for you...

*tears...
