Aarcyn......Jo.Mar is correct many people with a depressive illness have a unhealthy relationship with a
Alcohol or drugs. Unfortunately when life it's self feels not worth living or bothering about, Any substitute stimuli will take its place In the U.K. We currently have an awareness campaign and training called. Mental Health First Aid. Once you do this training you are COMMITTED to do something. If someone tells you they are planning suicide... Your duty is to to take them somewhere to help. Hospital DOctor FAmily... what ever that help is. Never believe or think it's a cry for help, a bleating pretense It's not your place to judge Get them in cab to medical support then you can walk away ( and not Before) Feel blessed very blessed this person divulged her deepest thoughts to YOU Take care of you David
